Currently Head of Food & Beverage – Asset Management at Arenco and Golden Sands LLC, he drives the growth and performance of a diverse portfolio of restaurants, bars, and lifestyle venues across Dubai, delivering innovative concepts and sustainable financial results for ownership . Prior to this role, Andrew was Founder & CEO of B&B Ideas Group, where he developed F&B concepts and strategies for investors across EMEA and APAC, opening and operating successful restaurants and launching Cocoon, a foundation hospitality school for underprivileged children in Vietnam. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles with Hilton Worldwide, FRHI Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah, and Galeries Lafayette, where he was instrumental in developing landmark dining destinations . Andrew began his career as a chef in fine dining, rising through the ranks at world-renowned properties including The Dorchester London, Crown Towers Melbourne, and Jumeirah Madinat Dubai. His journey from the kitchen to the boardroom reflects both his operational depth and his strategic vision.
