
Laura de Vega González is a senior hospitality executive with over 20 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, specializing in Food & Beverage strategy, concept development, and operational excellence. As of March 2025, she holds the role of Vice President of Food & Beverage at Meliá Hotels International (MHI), where she leads global F&B strategy across the company’s diverse portfolio of brands.
Her professional journey began in hotel operations and evolved through leadership roles such as General Manager of lifestyle hotels, Regional Director of F&B for EMEA, and Global Director of F&B Development for MHI’s luxury division. In these roles, she played a key part in defining brand identity, designing innovative F&B concepts, and delivering results across international markets.
Between March 2023 and February 2025, Laura expanded her expertise by joining Legends as Head of Food & Beverage for Iberia, based in Madrid. In this role, she led F&B operations for major entertainment and sports venues, managing multi-million-euro operations and bringing a guest-centric, brand-enhancing approach to high-volume experiences.
