
Sanjay Nandi is the Group Chief Executive Officer of ADMO Lifestyle Holding, a global hospitality and lifestyle investment platform based in Abu Dhabi. Sanjay has over 20 years of international leadership experience across luxury hospitality, F&B, music, entertainment, private equity, and investment banking.
He is widely recognized for his ability to scale global brands while maintaining cultural relevance, operational excellence, and long-term brand value. At ADMO, Sanjay is driving the company’s strategic vision to build a portfolio of world-class, experience-led brands. Before joining ADMO, Sanjay served as CEO of the Pacha Group and Lío Group, overseeing the global expansion of some of the most iconic nightlife and entertainment destinations in Europe. He successfully transformed Pacha, the renowned Ibiza nightclub, into a global powerhouse. During his tenure, Nandi also spearheaded pioneering concept Lío, seamlessly integrating upscale cabaret, dining and nightlife. In addition, Nandi managed iconic lifestyle hotels, Des(no Pacha in Ibiza and Mykonos) and the successful barefoot luxury hotel, Casa Pacha Formentera.
These milestones highlight his success in merging heritage with innovaOon—an asset that makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead ADMO’s bold vision. His previously held senior roles at private equity firm Trilantic Europe and Lehman Brothers in London specialized in mergers & acquisitions, and growth investments.
Since joining ADMO, Nandi has overseen major investments and international expansions of discovered brands including Nammos, CÉ LA VI, CLAP, and Em Sherif. In early 2025 Nandi led the full integration of the luxury Nammos brand into ADMO, paving the way for upcoming openings in London, the Red Sea and the Maldives. More recently Nandi has overseen ADMO take a majority shareholding in the iconic Lebanese brand, Em Sherif, setting the stage for its global expansion.He continues to drive the expansion of AlphaMind, a new global lifestyle vertical and collaborative effort with Addmind Hospitality Group. This joint venture leverages the combined expertise of two industry powerhouses to expand AlphaMind’s portfolio both regionally and globally including CLAP, KIRA, Babylon, Sucre, Alma, Bar Du Port, and Iris.
Under Sanjay’s leadership, ADMO has expanded across the globe with the opening of Nammos Cannes, Em Sherif Paris, CLAP KA-FE London and most recently, CLAP HOUSE Ibiza. Additional key flagship openings across Europe and the Middle East in 2025 include Nammos London, Nammos Amaala, Ce La Vi London and Ce La Vi Miami, supporting the group’s strategy to become a leading investor in the hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
