AlphaMind represents a dynamic partnership that fuels expansion by growing existing brand footprints, and by creating and acquiring new concepts globally. A charismatic leader, Tony instills loyalty and dedication in every aspect of his professional life, and this is reflected in his senior management team, many of whom have been by his side since day one. Known for his fun-loving and adventurous approach, Tony’s passion and positivity is contagious, always aiming high and dreaming big. This endless energy continues in his personal life as a father to two sets of twins. He is constantly on the go both in and out of work. Tony’s strategy in growing Addmind has been nothing short of ambitious. Starting in Beirut, he created unique, homegrown concepts – CLAP, Iris, and Bar Du Port – that have expanded across international borders to the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Recently, Tony spearheaded the latest jewel in the crown - the exquisite KIRA Restaurant and dynamic LITT Bar Club that opened at luxury destination Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel in Dubai. Meanwhile the extensive portfolio of Sucre, ONGAKU by CLAP, Gate Two by Iris, Ruby Ru by Iris, Babylon, La Mezcaleria, and BDP Beach continue to attract hundreds of thousands of visitors every year. Tony has also built partnerships with highly respected international brands such as Ushuaïa, Le Relais de L’Entrecôte, Leña, Smoked Room, Raspoutine, and BeBabel, introducing these award-winning concepts to new markets.
