
Victoria has almost 15 years experience in luxury / hospitality marketing after starting a career in financial services. Owning and operating several businesses in the sector including Queens of Mayfair, Alex Dilling at Hotel Cafe Royal** and V & A Hospitality Ltd (which encompasses licensing and consulting contracts), Victoria brings a wealth of experience to restaurant openings. Having previously worked for Fortnum and Mason as a VIP and Hospitality Marketing Manager and then group PR & Marketing director for Marc Group which encompassed 3 Michelin star restaurants (5 stars in total), a wine merchant and private members club. Victoria is the youngest female to own a two Michelin star restaurant and has been recognised in publications such as Forbes, The Sunday Mail “30 under 30”, Media Week “Top 30 restaurant marketeers” and takes a 360 approach to business projects. Victoria’s experience spans global projects with Alex Dilling spanning Asia, the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Qatar), Europe and the Americas. Recent brand projects include partnerships / events with Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental group, St Regis, YSL, Audemars Piguet, De Beers, Royal Ascot, Oval cricket ground and Daylesford.
